Flood exlores the themes of adolescence, urooting and the sacrifice of ersonal desires for the greater good. The film seeks to elicit reflections on one#39;s roots and the concet of home, as well as the challenges of navigating a disaearing culture and heritage.br\　　The Starina reservoir#39;s construction, which lasted from 1981-1988, led to the largest dislacement in Slovak history.
