剧 情 介 绍 ：
故事发生在1943年，中日战争正处在最为关键的时期。汪伪汉奸高层祸起萧墙，伪清乡委员会指挥长兼调查部部长李士群遭日本人毒杀，其亲信秘书主任戴遂昌侥幸逃生，准备投靠重庆国民政府。鉴于戴掌握大量日本人和汪伪政府的高度机密，中共方面派出特命保卫科长沈英杰（吴健 饰）协助苏城地下武工队试图在途中抓住戴遂昌（朱辉 饰）。与此同时，重庆方面尤其是和汪伪政府勾结的势力决不允许这样一个关键人物落在日本人或中共的手中，他们派出代号乌鸦的苏城特派员顾维民接应戴遂昌。除此之外，日本人、汪伪政权相机而动。
各方势力碰撞在一起，围绕一个关键人物展开明争暗斗……
