剧情介绍：

　　小时候的李俊杰（陈伟霆饰）家庭幸福美满，父母都是顶尖科学家。但在他12岁时，父母外派至芭城遭遇意外离世，无亲戚愿意收养的他被送入故乡崇海的孤儿院。
　　在孤儿院，李俊杰与时云昊（郭家豪饰）相识，李俊杰的主动保护让两人成为彼此最好朋友。此后，李、时二人结识了亦兄亦父的陈刚（郭广平饰），并进入芭城摩世。在摩世训练营里，两人同时结识周子萱（娜扎饰），并都对她产生了别样情愫，周子萱却对李俊杰情有独钟，此时的时云昊选择退出，默默守护。
　　就在李俊杰的人生逐渐步入正轨时，一次任务中，他的冲动导致陈刚意外离世。在这次事件的沉重打击下，李俊杰选择不告而别独自追查线索，抓住凶手加莱（陈楚翰饰）为陈刚报仇。离开摩世后的李俊杰紧跟加莱，但每次都棋差一步。一筹莫展之时，一封带有摩世标志的神秘邮件指引他回到阔别已久的芭城。回到芭城的李俊杰顶着摩世总监牟川（任达华饰）的压力，再次与周子萱、时云昊并肩作战，并在执行护送VX3的任务时终于抓到了加莱。三人摒弃前嫌，李俊杰与周子萱重拾情感和默契，而时云昊再次失去向周子萱表白的机会。本以为抓住加莱就是事情的结束，但加莱却被劫狱救走。随后，神秘代码出现，“天蝎”组织浮出水面，陈刚被杀另有隐情，三人这才发现，这一切的背后还有更大的阴谋在等着他们……
