剧 情 介 绍 ：
中国南方一个省级电视台，身为新闻部副主任的吴嘉俊（陈宝国 饰）从美国请回了女友白芸（周海媚 饰）和师弟陶翔（高曙光 饰）加盟，但是随之而来的却是一连串的台内政治和勾心斗角。新闻部正牌主任将二人视作吴的心腹，想方设法加以排挤。一厢情愿追求吴主任的女主播于莉莉则视白芸为眼中钉，肉中刺。白芸因妹妹恋爱失败的原因，也对陶翔怀有深深的敌意和戒备。坚忍自强的白芸决心通过自己的努力，在新闻行业做出一番成绩。缠斗的乱流中，吴主任死于一场意外，这让白芸倍受打击。
而在随后的工作中，她不仅和陶翔的矛盾误解逐渐打开，彼此心中似乎还多了一份难以言喻的感情……
