剧情介绍：

　　粱醒 (廖启智饰)、蔡克男 (陈秀雯饰)为武术一代宗师，在卧虎藏龙的三元镇开设武馆保芝堂，教授村民强身健体功夫，为村民主持公道，甚得村民敬重。镇上博学文家的文博仁( 江华饰)乃状元之后，与妻子马玲珑(龚慈恩饰)开设博学书舍，以弘扬儒家思想为己任，也为村民所景仰。梁、文两家都是识英雄重英雄，但两家夫人虽为表姐妹，却因宿怨结了冤家。他们事事争斗，冲突与日俱争。这时，来自四川的姐弟孟家凤和孟家堂，凭一只镬在镇上煮出诸般美味，开设了三元酒菜馆并搞出了名堂，他们荣升美味大王，举足轻重。三方为争夺群龙之首，互不相让，斗得轰轰烈烈，闹出连篇笑话。他们也在不经意间释放友谊，建立真诚和信任，演绎一出出精彩的人与人之间的真诚故事。
