剧情介绍：

　　青叶大学组建了跳水队，高傲冷漠的校草夏文曦（沈建宏饰）、泳池健将丁野（李茂饰）、天真单纯的女孩陶乐丝（洪冰瑶饰）都加入了队伍之中。玲美是跳水队的助教，她发现，虽然孩子们之间常常会因为相互不够了解而产生误会和冲突，但他们的内心里都是善良向上的。在玲美的带领之下，夏文曦等人逐渐掌握了跳水的技巧，在不断的精进着技术的同时，也找到了人生的新方向。
　　高恭平（向宇饰）是夏文曦青梅竹马的好友兼玩伴，在跳水队中，他意外的邂逅了陶乐丝，对这个活泼可爱的女孩一见钟情。与此同时，夏文曦也逐渐被陶乐丝的乐观和开朗所吸引，两人之间的友谊产生了微妙的变化。
