剧情介绍：

　　一九四九年五月二十七日，经济繁荣、鱼龙混杂的魅力之都浦江市迎来解放。在浦江市新政府的号召和带领下，全城人民上下齐心投入新中国的建设，社会局势焕然一新。然而国民党反动派不甘心失败和灭亡，国民党保密局启动了豺狼行动，命令代号为豺和狼的特务秘密潜入浦江，暗中破坏社会秩序，伺机展开针对新政权的阴谋活动。我华东军管会管制的浦江公安局刑侦处副处长郭剑亮临危受命，顶替落网特务打入敌营，调查豺狼计划的幕后主使和行动方案。以郭剑亮为首的我党工作人员奋不顾身地与敌特周旋，最终成功猎豺捕狼，制止了豺狼计划，捍卫了我人民解放军三大战役后的胜利成果，为中华人民共和国的诞生做出了卓越的贡献。
