剧 情 介 绍 ：
主人公洪三携母亲和好友齐林到上海投奔严华，卷入两大公司权利斗争。严华此时是一名码头工人，他不畏强权被推举为工人领袖。洪三则凭借机智多次在凶险的上海滩化险为夷。洪三与忠义之士沈达义结金兰，与来上海报父仇的林依依在斗智斗勇中成为莫逆，女扮男装的林依依爱上洪三。洪三接近富家女 于梦竹，于梦竹爱上洪三。严华遇险，为共产党人梁兴义所救，加入共产党。林依依为报仇铤而走险，洪三与其奔走天涯。林依依遇难，洪三重回上海滩。在严华和梁兴义进步思想的感召下，洪三放弃来之不易的“美好生活”，为护送梁兴义离开上海倾其所有甚至生命。洪三逐渐懂得，共产党带领的这条道路，才是他所想追求的远大前程。
